You sign up for a monthly plan, we call you within 24 hours to book your first visit, and from then on we're available every month for jobs within your plan's allowance. No contracts — cancel any time.

What areas do you cover?

We cover the whole of Glasgow and surrounding areas including the West End, Southside, East End, Shawlands, Partick, Merchant City, and beyond. Not sure if we cover your area? Just ask — we're expanding all the time.

What if I need more work than my plan includes?

No problem. Any additional work beyond your monthly allowance is quoted separately at a discounted subscriber rate. You'll always know the cost before we proceed — no nasty surprises.

Can I roll over unused hours to next month?

Yes — on Home Hero and Landlord Pro plans, unused hours roll over for one month. We'll always remind you before your monthly reset so nothing goes to waste.

Absolutely. Myhandybro LTD is fully insured for public liability and all our work is guaranteed. You're in safe hands.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, any time. Just message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll cancel your next payment with no fuss. We're confident you won't want to though!

Do you work with landlords and letting agents?

Yes — our Landlord Pro plan is designed specifically for landlords with up to 5 properties. We handle tenant-reported issues, monthly inspections, compliance tracking, and end-of-tenancy snag lists. Get in touch to discuss a bespoke deal for larger portfolios.
